- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form.
- Carefully fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream mixture, creating a smooth consistency.
