Ingredients
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
- 1 cup of whipped cream

- 1 cup of strawberry topping or jam (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
- Layer the graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat the layers, saving some whipped cream and strawberries for the topping.
- Finish with a fluffy layer of whipped cream and arrange the extra strawberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight for best results.
