Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined, ensuring no lumps remain.
  3. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in another bowl. Stir until crumbly, like wet sand.
  4. Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of individual serving cups, followed by a generous dollop of the cheesecake filling, and top with the chopped strawberries.
  5. Chill the assembled cups in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.

Notes
