Description

A nostalgic dessert with layers of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh fruit, and crunchy wafers that delight both young and old.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 box of vanilla wafers (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, start with a layer of the sliced bananas.
  2. Spoon a generous layer of vanilla pudding over the bananas.
  3. Next, add a layer of your freshly sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
  4. If you’re including them, layer on some vanilla wafers for added crunch.
  5. Repeat these layers—bananas, pudding, strawberries, and wafers—until all your ingredients are used, finishing off with whipped cream.
  6. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
  7. Serve the pudding in individual cups or a large bowl, and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon to the whipped cream. Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
