Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, sliced
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Notes
For a milder heat, remove the seeds from the jalapeños. Substitute with different cheeses like sharp cheddar for variety.
