Description

Juicy, seasoned beef burgers with melted cheddar cheese and a zesty Cajun flavor, perfect for grilling or quick dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Onion slices
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef with Cajun seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties slightly larger than the burger buns.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle some oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty before they are done, allowing it to melt.
  6. Toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden brown.
  7. Assemble your burgers with the cheesy patty on the bun, adding lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and onion slices. Serve hot!

Notes

Feel free to swap cheddar for pepper jack or replace ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
