Description

Quick and delicious roast beef sliders with melty Swiss cheese, perfect for gatherings or a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12-count Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1216 oz deli-sliced roast beef
  • 68 slices Swiss cheese (or 68 oz shredded Swiss)
  • 46 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli-sliced roast beef generously over the bottom rolls.
  4. Lay the Swiss cheese slices evenly over the roast beef.
  5. Replace the top half of the rolls and press gently.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melty and tops are golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 2–3 minutes, slice between sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding sliced pickles or a dollop of horseradish to the sliders. Substitute different cheeses or rolls as desired.
