Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1 cup black beans (canned or cooked)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Slightly toast the corn tortillas until golden brown, then remove them from the pan and set aside.
