Description

Ranch Style Eggs are a vibrant and hearty breakfast dish that’s easy to make and customize, bringing warm flavors to your table.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup black beans (canned or cooked)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slightly toast the corn tortillas until golden brown, then remove them from the pan and set aside.
  3. Crack the eggs into the same skillet and cook to your preferred doneness.
  4. Warm the black beans in the skillet or microwave until heated through.
  5. Place one tortilla on a plate, then layer with black beans, a fried egg, salsa, and slices of avocado.

Notes
