Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Skewers (wooden or metal, soaked if wooden)
Instructions
- Combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well until incorporated.
- Add chicken chunks to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
