Description

A classic Philadelphia Cheesesteak loaded with ribeye, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese, perfect for game day or casual dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle the griddle with olive oil. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until they caramelize, about 5-7 minutes. Remove them from the heat and set aside.
  3. In the same cooking space, add more olive oil, then introduce the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season it with salt and pepper and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Return the onions and bell peppers to the griddle, mixing everything together thoroughly.
  5. Lay the provolone cheese over the steak mixture and cover it for a minute to allow the cheese to melt.
  6. If desired, toast the hoagie rolls until crispy.
  7. Finally, spoon the cheesesteak mixture into the toasted rolls and serve hot!

Notes

Add jalapeños for an extra kick or try different cheeses for variations.
