Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened butter, melted
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- Zest of 2 limes
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of your pie pan to form a crust.
- Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until well combined.
- Pour the creamy filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 180 minutes, or until the pie is fully set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with extra whipped cream or fresh lime slices.
