Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 1 pack (7 ounces) graham crackers
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, for softening the graham crackers)
Instructions
- Whip the chilled all-purpose cream until fluffy.
- Gradually add in the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until well-combined and thick.
- Line the bottom of a rectangular dish with graham crackers, dipping them in milk if you prefer a softer texture.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture generously over the graham crackers.
- Top with a layer of sliced mangoes.
- Repeat this layering process until all ingredients are used up, ensuring that you finish with a layer of cream on top.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let it set properly.
