Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with creamy layers of whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, and fresh mangoes, perfect for warm days and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • 1 pack (7 ounces) graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional, for softening the graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. Whip the chilled all-purpose cream until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until well-combined and thick.
  3. Line the bottom of a rectangular dish with graham crackers, dipping them in milk if you prefer a softer texture.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture generously over the graham crackers.
  5. Top with a layer of sliced mangoes.
  6. Repeat this layering process until all ingredients are used up, ensuring that you finish with a layer of cream on top.
  7. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let it set properly.

Notes

This dessert is best enjoyed within 3-4 days when stored properly in the refrigerator. Avoid freezing, as this will alter the creamy texture.
