Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a vibrant marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they’re thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, discarding the marinade afterward.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
