Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt gradually, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top the batter with spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff and use a knife to swirl it gently.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute unsalted butter with margarine. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
