Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt gradually, stirring until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top the batter with spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff and use a knife to swirl it gently.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute unsalted butter with margarine. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
