Description

These delicious sliders combine layers of salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese on soft Hawaiian rolls, finished with a garlic butter glaze for a perfect crispy top.

Ingredients

  • 12-count Hawaiian sweet rolls, split horizontally
  • 812 slices salami
  • 812 slices pepperoni
  • 812 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or 1–2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally so you have one bottom sheet and one top sheet. Place the bottom sheet in the prepared dish.
  3. Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly across the bottom half. Use 8–12 slices total.
  4. Cover the meats with provolone slices, slightly overlapping.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls onto the cheese and meats, aligning edges.
  6. Whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until tops are golden.
  9. Let rest 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap to turkey or low-sodium deli meats. Serve with pickles or dipping sauces like marinara.
