Description
These delicious sliders combine layers of salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese on soft Hawaiian rolls, finished with a garlic butter glaze for a perfect crispy top.
Ingredients
- 12-count Hawaiian sweet rolls, split horizontally
- 8–12 slices salami
- 8–12 slices pepperoni
- 8–12 slices deli ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or 1–2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally so you have one bottom sheet and one top sheet. Place the bottom sheet in the prepared dish.
- Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly across the bottom half. Use 8–12 slices total.
- Cover the meats with provolone slices, slightly overlapping.
- Place the top half of the rolls onto the cheese and meats, aligning edges.
- Whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until tops are golden.
- Let rest 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap to turkey or low-sodium deli meats. Serve with pickles or dipping sauces like marinara.
