Description
Satisfying handheld sandwiches featuring Tyson chicken sliders, thick-cut bacon, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and tangy honey mustard.
Ingredients
- 12 Tyson chicken sliders (frozen)
- 8–12 slices thick-cut bacon
- Slider buns (soft dinner rolls or mini brioche)
- 1 romaine or iceberg lettuce (washed and dried)
- 1 ripe tomato (sliced thin)
- Honey mustard sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Optional: butter for toasting buns, pickle slices for added tang
Instructions
- Heat the Tyson chicken sliders according to the package directions until steaming hot (typically 350°F for 12–15 minutes).
- Cook the bacon in a cold skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8–12 minutes.
- Slice the tomato and pat the lettuce leaves dry.
- Optional: Lightly butter the insides of the slider buns and toast them in a skillet or under a broiler until golden.
- Assemble each slider: place a heated chicken slider on the bottom bun, add bacon, lettuce, a tomato slice, and drizzle with honey mustard. Top with the bun.
Notes
Start cooking the bacon first as it takes the longest. Serve immediately for best texture. Substitute turkey bacon for lower fat options or use plant-based patties for vegetarian options.
