Description

Quick and healthy grilled chicken breasts marinated in a savory blend of olive oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to create a marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for best flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a lower-sodium option, substitute the soy sauce with low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos.
