  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for sautéing


Instructions

  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté until they are tender.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
