Description

Rich and chocolatey fudge popsicles that are perfect for cooling down on a hot day, easy to make, and customizable with different flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar.
  2. Whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder, ensuring there are no lumps.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, continuing to whisk until everything is fully blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  6. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  7. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to help loosen them.

Notes

Use high-quality cocoa powder for richer flavor, and consider adding a swirl of peanut butter or crushed cookies for variation.
