Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar.
- Whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, continuing to whisk until everything is fully blended.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to help loosen them.
