- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the milk and gently stir until the dough just comes together.
- Fold the dough on a floured surface 3–4 times to create layers.
- Shape and cut the dough into biscuits using a cutter or glass.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

For best results, chill the butter and avoid overworking the dough.
