Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized fresh zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Wash and slice the zucchini into medium-sized rounds.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, roughly 1 minute.
- Toss in the zucchini rounds and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is tender and slightly caramelized.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top, allowing it to melt.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
