Delightful no-bake treats combining Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in white chocolate, perfect for Easter gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • White chocolate or candy melts for coating
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into egg-shaped balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Return to the baking sheet and add sprinkles before refrigerating to set.
  8. Allow the chocolate to firm up completely before enjoying.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture. Double-dip for thicker chocolate coating.
