Ingredients

  • 6 croissants, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Tear the croissants into small pieces and spread them evenly in the dish.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheese along with the cooked bacon or sausage.
  6. Pour this egg mixture over the croissants, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
