Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Hashbrowns
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar)
- 1/2 cup Bacon Bits
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the frozen hashbrowns, shredded cheese, bacon bits, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well integrated.
- Form the mixture into small balls or tots and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with sour cream or hot sauce for an extra kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container; can be frozen for up to a month.
