Description

Deliciously crispy bites filled with cheese, bacon, and seasonings, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the frozen hashbrowns, shredded cheese, bacon bits, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well integrated.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls or tots and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with sour cream or hot sauce for an extra kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container; can be frozen for up to a month.
