Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts


Instructions

  1. Combine the Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring that it’s well-coated.
  5. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes; ideally, overnight is best for maximum flavor.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  7. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill each side for about 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
