Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
Instructions
- Combine the Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring that it’s well-coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes; ideally, overnight is best for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill each side for about 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
