Description
Quick and indulgent wraps filled with warm, garlicky chicken, mozzarella, and cream cheese — perfect for dinner or snacks.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay each tortilla flat and divide the filling into four portions down the lower third of each tortilla.
- Fold the short sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then roll from the bottom tightly with the seam side down.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
- Transfer wraps to a cutting board, let rest for 2 minutes, then slice on the diagonal and serve warm.
Notes
For a low-carb version, use lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas. For sharper flavor, substitute shredded mozzarella with Monterey Jack or cheddar.
