Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (small or medium curds)
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens (butter lettuce, arugula, or spring mix)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Bring the chicken to room temperature.
