Ingredients

  • 8 tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1 cup creamy gravy
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking


Instructions
