Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and lay them out on a baking sheet.
- Bake those slices for 8-10 minutes or until they’re golden and crispy.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small pan over medium heat, stirring until combined.
- Toss in the fresh blueberries, cooking until they soften and release their juices.
- Spread the goat cheese generously atop each crostini when the baguette slices are ready.
- Spoon the warm blueberry mixture over the cheese and finish with a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
- Serve your crostini immediately and enjoy the delightful flavors!
Notes
For a twist, substitute blueberries with figs or strawberries. A drizzle of chili honey can add a spicy kick!
