Description

Ingredients

  • 4 buttery croissants, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Place the torn croissant pieces into the greased baking dish.
  4. Add spoonfuls of softened cream cheese throughout the croissant pieces, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant mixture, ensuring everything is soaked.
  6. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to absorb all those delicious flavors.
