Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto three slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, and cinnamon together in another bowl until well blended.
