Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with grease.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Mix the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries carefully to maintain their shape and flavor.
- Transfer the batter to the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
