Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the diced vegetables. Sauté until softened, around 5-7 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish and spread the sautéed vegetables evenly across the bottom.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables, ensuring an even distribution.
- Top with the shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
