Description

A delightful blend of flaky croissants and mixed berries, topped with a creamy filling for a perfect brunch dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 croissants, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish with butter.
  2. Blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Layer the croissant pieces in the baking dish and sprinkle the mixed berries on top.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the croissants and berries.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and cinnamon, then pour over the mixture.
  6. Refrigerate overnight if possible for better flavor.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set.
  8. Cool slightly before serving warm.
