Description

A delicious and easy breakfast option, these Banana and Biscoff Overnight Oats offer a creamy, sweet flavor with a hint of cinnamon spice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, and mashed banana in a mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
  2. Add in the Biscoff spread, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a jar or a container with a lid and seal it tightly.
  4. Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soften and the flavors to meld beautifully.
  5. Stir the oats in the morning, and enjoy them cold or warm them up in the microwave.

Notes

For best results, use a ripe banana for enhanced sweetness. These oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days.
