Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye, sirloin, or flank steak
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the steak with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting if needed.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the grill until slightly charred.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak against the grain and layer it on a serving platter with fresh mozzarella and grilled tomatoes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
