Description

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Use a fork to mash the avocados until they reach your desired consistency.
  3. Add the lime juice, kosher salt, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using) to the bowl.
  4. Stir everything together until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
