Description

This Viral Biscoff Banana Bread combines the warmth of homemade banana bread with the heavenly flavor of Biscoff cookie butter, creating a perfectly moist treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth using a fork.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until well blended.
  4. Add the baking soda and a pinch of salt, mixing them into the batter.
  5. Incorporate the sugar, followed by the beaten egg and vanilla extract, stirring until everything is combined.
  6. Gently fold in the flour until just incorporated, being careful not to over-mix.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  8. Spoon half of the Biscoff cookie butter on top and create swirls with a knife.
  9. Add the remaining batter on top and repeat the swirling process with the rest of the Biscoff.
  10. Dust ground cinnamon over the top for extra flavor.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  12. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
