Description

A delicious and easy Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil featuring shrimp, potatoes, corn, and garlic, seasoned with Old Bay for a taste of the coast.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into pieces (or frozen corn if fresh isn’t available)
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, potatoes, corn, minced garlic, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything is well-coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly across a large sheet pan, ensuring it’s in a single layer for even cooking.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are pink, and the potatoes are tender.
  5. Once done, squeeze the lemon wedges over the top and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For added spice, consider adding cayenne pepper or using spicy Old Bay. For best flavor, use fresh garlic.
