Description
A delicious and easy Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil featuring shrimp, potatoes, corn, and garlic, seasoned with Old Bay for a taste of the coast.
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into pieces (or frozen corn if fresh isn’t available)
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, potatoes, corn, minced garlic, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything is well-coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly across a large sheet pan, ensuring it’s in a single layer for even cooking.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are pink, and the potatoes are tender.
- Once done, squeeze the lemon wedges over the top and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For added spice, consider adding cayenne pepper or using spicy Old Bay. For best flavor, use fresh garlic.
