Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into halves
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with foil or parchment.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, halved baby potatoes, corn pieces, and sliced smoked sausage.
- Pour the melted butter over the mixture and sprinkle with Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Toss thoroughly to coat everything evenly.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking at 20 minutes for doneness. Remove from oven and squeeze lemon wedges over the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For best flavor, avoid overcrowding the pan. Use frozen shrimp by thawing fully and patting dry before cooking.
