Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 cup cheese (like Gruyère or Parmesan)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and scallops to the pan, cooking until they are just opaque.
  5. Stir in the cream and your chosen cheese until it melts and blends seamlessly with the seafood. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the creamy seafood mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Top with breadcrumbs and an additional sprinkle of cheese for that perfect crust.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and golden on top.

Notes
