Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. In the last few minutes of cooking, add the minced garlic and green beans to the skillet.
  5. Stir and cook until the green beans are tender and bright green.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra zing.

Notes

Feel free to swap out the green beans for asparagus or broccoli and use avocado oil for a different flavor profile.
