Description
A quick and refreshing smoothie that combines frozen pineapple, orange juice, and Greek yogurt for a tropical taste.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup milk, soy milk, or almond milk
- 1 container (5.3 oz) pineapple-flavored Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple chunks to the blender.
- Pour in orange juice and milk (or milk alternative).
- Add Greek yogurt on top.
- Secure the lid and blend on HIGH for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pause to scrape down sides and pulse if blender stalls.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.
