Description

A quick and refreshing smoothie that combines frozen pineapple, orange juice, and Greek yogurt for a tropical taste.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk, soy milk, or almond milk
  • 1 container (5.3 oz) pineapple-flavored Greek yogurt


Instructions

  1. Add frozen pineapple chunks to the blender.
  2. Pour in orange juice and milk (or milk alternative).
  3. Add Greek yogurt on top.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on HIGH for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pause to scrape down sides and pulse if blender stalls.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
  7. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.
