Description

Soft Hawaiian rolls filled with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and zesty pizza sauce, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce over the cut sides of the rolls.
  4. Layer pepperoni slices on top of the sauce, followed by a thick layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cap off with the top halves of the rolls, creating neat little sandwiches.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this aromatic mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melting and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm, and watch them disappear!
