Description

A bright, icy treat blending fresh citrus and strawberries, perfect for summer snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh orange juice (about 45 medium oranges)
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup yogurt (optional; plain or vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Pour the orange juice into a blender and add the sliced strawberries.
  2. If desired, add sugar for extra sweetness and blend on high until smooth.
  3. For creamy popsicles, add yogurt and pulse until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling to about three-quarters full.
  5. Insert sticks and place molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, ideally overnight.
  6. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10–20 seconds and gently pull each popsicle free.

Notes

Frozen strawberries can be used; thaw slightly before blending. For a lower-sugar version, substitute with banana or agave.
