Description
A bright, icy treat blending fresh citrus and strawberries, perfect for summer snacking.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh orange juice (about 4–5 medium oranges)
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup yogurt (optional; plain or vanilla)
Instructions
- Pour the orange juice into a blender and add the sliced strawberries.
- If desired, add sugar for extra sweetness and blend on high until smooth.
- For creamy popsicles, add yogurt and pulse until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling to about three-quarters full.
- Insert sticks and place molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, ideally overnight.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10–20 seconds and gently pull each popsicle free.
Notes
Frozen strawberries can be used; thaw slightly before blending. For a lower-sugar version, substitute with banana or agave.
