- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
