Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing until smooth.
