Ingredients
- 4 boneless salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp dried parsley or 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Pinch of paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced into half-moons
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F, fan).
- Line a baking tray with foil or a silicone mat to make for easy cleanup.
- Lay the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared tray.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until blended.
- Pour the buttery mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
- Arrange the lemon slices on and around the salmon for added flavor.
- Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
- Carefully baste the salmon with the sauce from the tray, then return it to the oven. Bake for an additional 4-7 minutes, or until the salmon is fork-tender and cooked through.
