- 1 lb shrimp – Peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets – Fresh or frozen

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Include the shrimp and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the shrimp is pink and thoroughly cooked.
