Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the salmon in the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon and pour lemon juice over it.
  6. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes
