Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon in the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and pour lemon juice over it.
- Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
