Description

Delicious, buttery salmon with a sweet and tangy glaze, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper together to create a glaze.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
  5. Brush the glaze over each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with green onions if desired.

Notes

For a vegan alternative, swap honey for agave nectar. Enjoy with steamed veggies or rice.
